1990 9.9 electric E10RELESC seals

Hi,
I want to change the 2 seals below the powerhead where the drive shaft goes in. The manual says I need a OMC tool to install the new seals. Is buying the tool my only option? I have the powerhead off so I thought I should change them now. The seals look good though. The seals I am talking about are 321831 and 321788.

The factory tools are provided so that shops can quickly do the job for you.----------------They enable the shop to do this job in seconds !--------Their main purpose is to install seals squarely and to the correct position.----------------You on the other hand have plenty of time to measure where the seals are.------Select a socket or other suitable piece of material to install them using a press / drill press / vice / or hammer.-------Special tools is most cases are not needed for a careful craftsman.
