I am considering buying a 1990

I am considering buying a 1990 Four Winns with a 5.7 and besides the fuel system and carb rebuild what else should I look to replace? Also the gimbel housing is broken at the tilt ram. Is this a bear to replace and are parts available? Here's hoping. }}
