1990 50hp johnson tilt/trim fluid

i was just wondering if any one could tell me how to change the fluid. ive had it for several years and never done it so thought it needed done so i took off the sloted screw and fluid came out then i took out the hex screw on bottom and about the only thing that came out was a little bearing witch i lost but dont know how to refill or where to refill any help would be appreciated
