I have a 1989 bayliner capri omc 2.3 ford engine and i put on a weber outlaw 38dgas carburator on it. I had to change the way that the linkage was set up but its been working fine. The issue im having is when im WOT and decelerate the motor will die. If i give more throttle real quick and back down the motor will stay running. And when i am in gear slightly more than idle maybe 1000-1300 rpm the motor starts to die but then comes back and runs normal for about 45-60 seconds then does it again. Is anyone familiar with the weber 38dgas carburetor or just familiar with adjusting the floats? I think when decelerating their is “slosh” in the carb bowl but not sure how to fix it. And and when in gear going slow it seems like the gas in the bowl runs out but then fill back up that when the motor comes back to life. I just dont know how to fix these issues. Any information or feedback is most appreciated
