This is the first boat I've owned the motor is a xr2 150 It was idling rough and bogging down when I took it out but you coul let it sit while fishing and then it would run fine after running for a few minutes it would bogg back down. I notice gas leaking from the carbs so I took them off to rebuild them and when I did I found two bolts in the bottom reed holding them open could this have anything to do with why it was runnin rough and not running right when it did get on plane
