1989 johnson tracker 4 stroke 50hp help

Hello,
Can someone tell me where the manual bypass valve is on this motor? I need to add fluid to the tilt motor but before I can do this, I need to manually lift the motor. I'm not having much luck & need help. Thanks

Yes...it is definitely not a 4 stroke. Not in 1989.
