I want to hook up a second hand tachometer I purchased for my boat. I had a previous tacho in my helm but pulled it out because it was not working.

I have left all wires in place.

Now, I have this tacho I purchased and came with a single harness - which I presume contains multiple wires.

Can anyone supply a wiring diagram to show me how to hook these wires up to the harness?

I do not know which wire is which..

Sounds like you have got to fo

Sounds like you have got to folow those wires until you find some color or maybe right back to their source. Possibly they just appear to be black try cleaning them or lightly scraping them to expose color.A suggestion would be to color code them with colored electrical tape for future reference.
