1989 force 35 solenoid issue

i Have A 35Hp Force.I Can Bypass The Solenoi And It Runs. I Changed The Solonoid And The StartEr. I Have No Putter On The Consol. I Am At A Loss As To What To Do Next. Any Advice Out There?

No power to the guages? The starter solenoid has nothing to do w/the dash power. Is the key switch in the dash or on the shifter? You may have a corroded ground or power wire...you have got to look.

That Is Correct No Power To Consul Power To The Solenoid But Not Coming Out. Changed Out The Ignition Switch And Still Not Working

Key Switch IS In The Dash

Have you checked fuses? You have an open in the power circuit. Was there any work done to the boat prior to this problem occurring? You may have a broken or pinched positive wire somewhere. By bypassing the solenoid you have supplied power to the circuit after the open. Starting from the battery, using a dvm, you have to trace your power circuit forward.

thanks For Your Help. We Narrowed IT Down To A Bad WIre. She Is Running Fine Now.
