1989 evinrude 225 fuel system

Hello everyone,

I've not been on in quite awhile boats running reel well.So more time on the water and less time on the computer.
Question I have is if I have a fuel filter water separator do I need to run a small inline filter?

If you're using a regular water/fuel seperator... looks like a auto oil filter, no you don't need a inline filter.

Thanks Joe, I think I was having brain freeze,I'd never thought about it until the little inline filter broke and in thinking about replacing it,I realized that I have a fuel filter/water separator.
