"Thanks for looking at my question. Here it is. I have a 1989 110HP Evinrude. I have replaced the starter, selenoid and power pack. There is no power at the key or at the electrical block on the right side of the engine. What could the problem be. The engine hasn't been started since 2007. It died out in the ocean and had to get it towed in.
