I was running a 1989 Merc 3cy
I was running a 1989 Merc 3cyl 85 hp merc. It ran fine for about 2 hours and then all of a sudden quit runing on one cyl..I have spark and fuel and switched the coils and no change...I suspect the stator or trigger went bad. The motor sat for 8 years before I took it out. It has about 50 hours on it since it was new...Any ideas?????
