"When I first start the motor
"When I first start the motor cold,the engine starts right off. When I shut the engine off and restart it right away the motor starts fine. If I shut it off and wait 10 or 20 minutes later, and try to restart the motor , it acts like it is flooded and is difficult to start. Other than this problem the motor runs well at all speeds. would appreciate any help on this."
