1989 4.3 OMC Cobra Torque Specs Needed

I have a manual on order but it will be a week before it gets to me. I have a 1989 OMC Cobra 4.3 and i have a blown head gasket which i have the parts to fix it but i dont know the torque for the cylinder head, intake, thermostat housing. Any help would be nice. Thank You!!!!!!!
