Does anyone have a power trim for an old-school evinrude/johnson?
These guys have done something, but the problem is the engine will no longer kickup when you hit a rock:

But the problem with that is: a) I don't want to spend the $1,000 or so, and, b) I don't want to move the motor another 4" or so astern on my small boat, and c) I'm not thrilled about dangling another 24lb behind the transom of my small boat.
Any ideas appreciated.
