"i had the carbs rebuilt last fall and the ignition gone through my problem is it will run good for a 10 minutes or and then i need to hold the choke on to keep it running. the other day i did this a number of time till it wouldnt run at all. i discoverd i had water in the fuel, i flushed that out and hooked up a fuel water separator. i removed the anti siphon valve and installed new gas line and i still had problems. question? i'm wondering if installing an electric pump between the tank and filter pump would help keep the filter full . i dont know if the conventional pump on the motor has enough pull to keep the spin on filter full. i definitely am going to clean the tank out too."
