i have a 1988 winner speed boat with a 89 johnson 120hp engine and i can idle and run the engine with water flowing through it and is ok but when i put it in the water it acts like it starves of fuel at first i thought i might be cutting the spark but i had a timing light on and when it acts up there is still spark i replaced new spark plugs and wires. i filled with new fuel and premixed the oil and fuel i disconnected the vro pump. i went though the carbs and lines along with a new primer bulb. on the weekend i got it to really go on the lake but i was unable to do it again. any related problems out there i would really appreciate the help running out of options
