I have this old 1988 150SS DT that's been great to me. I change the fluids, plugs and use SeaFoam to clean out the system yearly. Other than that i have NOT really changed anything for the 15 years i've owned it other than faulty warning buzzers that a mechanic replaced for me.
My Question... what critical parts should I be thinking of replacing with a 20 year old Suzuki.. before i break down on the Hudson River which is where i use my boat ? Starter, diods, hydraulic engine, etc... ?
