1988 Mercury 80hp outboard water jacket

Can anyone tell me the bolt torque and the bolt tighten pattern(if there is any) for the 1988 Mercury outboard 80hp water jacket?

Be sure to liberally apply a good quality anti-seize compound to those bolts, and run a tap in the holes before putting it back together.
