1988 Mariner Magnum 2 150 hp trim broke

Hey so i just bought my first boat and it had that engine on there. We have diagnosed the problem to be the trim button on the throttle, burnt out up solenoid and the trim motor is shot. My main problem is i cant get the motor to lift up to be able to work on it is there an easy fix to release the hydraulics to be able to lift the motor up because i cant find the answer anywhere. Thank you
