1988 j200TXCCR Stator

I have been told that the stator on my motor has been changed from part#0583415 and replaced by part# 0584287. I ordered a used one and it came in wired differently. All wires are color coded the same but coming from different terminals. I can hook it up but am I in for a fry job. Is the 0584827 a replacement for the 0583415??????

The original number of 583415 does supersede up to 584287 but then supersedes again up to 763765.
