"I am a little green on the marine engines. Have a 1988 30hp, looking at rebuilding the carb with a factory carb kit. Just looking at getting the carb off, how does one go about this? It appears that you need to take the starter assembly off to remove the port side nut that holds the carb housing to the intake? Is this correct? Thanks in advance!"
