I have a 1988 Evinrude 225hp VRO Looper. I ran her the other day and the water coming out of the tell tale became quite hot. Does this mean the thermostats are not working? Also, Ive heard this model is a low compression model, is that so? Ive got 95 PSi per cyl.... good?"
