"2 months ago I flipped this boat.
Took everything apart rinsed, (Blaster Marvel oil...) all the right places. Cleaned carbs GOT RUNNING!!!
Ran everyday for 2 months finally took it out on the water and 1 mile from the boat ramp engine died!!
(I ran it a little low on oil because they stopped carrying my brand so I didn't want to mix the two.
I know this motor has a "cut off oil switch" but the Manuel says it will still run. {I did not run it out of oil.
-That night it would fire every time on starting fluid .
-I thought it might be bad gas so I ran A direct gas line with fresh 98oct. Checked all the lines cleaned carbs again. (just the floats and bowls through the nipple with carb cleaner.
Now she keeps wanting to seize so I spray blaster in the spark plug holes force here to spin and she does.
-I take the plugs out and she spins free and fast.
-I cleaned all the plugs put them in and she turns about one and a half turns. (fully charged)
-I pushed the RED reset button, turned the idle knob, put a little oil in my "direct feed gas"
-I put a little marvel oil in the plug holes and let her spin. NO plugs spins freely plugs in spins bad.
-I tested the plugs (they shocked me) compression is good, tried trimming up and down NOT firing.
-I have read the Manuel twice.
+It is not bad gas, plugs, seized, Coils?
Gets small spark turns rough, great compression, gets oil (Checked lines?) Just wont turn like a banshee with the plugs in.

(I have another running engine (same one) with no lower unit so I have test parts if needed.)
