the tube running from the water exchanger down into the engine bay is leaking at where it connects, or so it appears. is it common for such a leak to occur and would this be a jb weld/high temp/epoxy type fix or rather a buy new or used parts which are seemingly impossible to find for reasonable price? also the bilge and other accessories are not functioning checked all the fuses in dash but dont know where else to look.
