I have a 88 Force 85 hp with m

I have a 88 Force 85 hp with manual tilt. I would like to find a power tilt/trim assembly but have not located one. Do I need to get one specifically designed for the Force motor or are there other makes that would work. I think Force was built by Merc and was wondering if one of these would work.

Search Force or Chrysler in the power boat parts area. Working used run anywhere from 2 to 3 hundred. I believe the 70 HP and up will work. Make sure the wiring including the relays come with it.
A rebuild service is there as well. They have install instructions available on pdf.

I just installed a tilt / trim off a '90 Force 90 HP on my '84 Chrysler 90 HP. Fairly easy to install.
