1988 25 johnson running full speed problem

My problem is when the motor is running on a plane it will not run full speed until I remove the gas line from the motor, while running , If I squeeze the bulb while it is running the motor boggs down , I have cleaned the carburator , added a kit , changed the power packet , changed the charging coil , changed the plugs , replaced the gas tank and the line from the tank to the motor . Never had a motor run better when I removed the gas line .
The motor cranks fine .

Sounds like a ruptured diaphragm in the fuel pump.------That would flood one cylinder.----Now some folks would run out and buy a new pump.-----Others would take it apart first and then maybe find the proper repair kit.

Thank you , I will take the fuel pump apart today . Will post the outcome , thanks again .
