1988 2.3l OMC Sterndrive stalls after running fine for awhile

Will run great for awhile than just starts sputtering than dies. Just had carb rebuilt, but that wasn't the problem. Any help appreciated.

Ayuh,... Run it on a remote tank to see if yer in-hull tank is a problem,....
