I got a 1987 mercury mariner 75 hp. It starts, idles and runs out fine up to about 3/4 throttle. But once you open the throttle all the way up it will run good for a minute or two then bog down like it's starving for fuel. Also we pumped the fuel bulb as it starred to bog down and by doing this it would clear itself out and as long as someone kept pumping the bulb it ran great at full throttle. What could be causing this?
