Hey guys I just came into possession of an 87 50hp but it did not come with the controls. I am wondering where and which controls I can buy that would be compatible. Thanks

As long as the harness fits the motor harness,same number of pins,one male pins the other female,then it will work.Plenty of used on ebay without going to the expense of buying new. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Mercury-Control-/271910591524?hash=item3f4f225c24&vxp=mtr Though after a quick look around ebay,you might as well buy new,some sellers are under serious illusions as to what they are selling is worth.Why pay $225 for used when you get new for $248
