Just bought a 87 70hp triple c
Just bought a 87 70hp triple cyl.Has low center cyl compression 75lbs.has not been run in about a year.Is this a mooring now or could it just need to be run? Possible stuck rings maybe?upper and lower are 110lbs each. any help will be greatly welcomed thanks. Norm
