I have a 1987 88 hp evinrude the two bottom plugs dont seem to be firing right. There is volts getting to coil and to spark plug, but the two bottom plugs dont seem to be making a difference when you take the plug wires of of them. I tryed crossing the wires on the coils but it will still be the two bottom plugs. there is 230 volts getting to the coils. I took plug out and the plug is firing, there is 120 pounds compression on all cylinders, what could cause the two bottom plugs to no make a difference in the running, when it has fire to it?
