1987 Classic 50 No WOT?

[FONT=&quot]Hello all. I have a 1987 Merc Classic 50 (45hp). I rebuilt the cabs, changed the fuel lines, rebuilt the fuel pump. Etc.... It is mounted on a 1987 bass tracker semi v. I can only get about 18 mph out of it. It has the factory prop still on it. Hub is good. I started checking the carb situation again, and see the carbs do not open all the way at WOT on the stick. How can I adjust that? I cant seem to find a manual online other that a Seloc, which is pretty generalized I hear? Is there a better manual out there? Any help until i find a manual would be appreciated. As, I have a fishing addiction, and I am going crazy over here! LOL.[/FONT]
