1987 Black Max 150hp skipping when cold

My Black Max skips really bad

My Black Max skips really bad when first started. Will only go about 5mph at full throttle. Eventually after about 15 minutes it is like someone switches a switch and everything clears up and runs perfect. Can't figure if it is fuel or firing? Any help much appreciated !!!!

replace the switch boxes or bo

replace the switch boxes or box depending on which cyls are not firing it sounds like the problem i am having with my mariner i have a bad switch box
