would a fried condensor wire be the cause of no spark in the lower cylinder.

"Robert, that is quite possible. Your model has two condensers, and although I don't have a manual for these models, probably safe to assume that there is one for each cylinder.

You could try swapping them around and see if the spark moves. That would be a "cheap" test for a 30 dollar part..."

I only see one condensor that

I only see one condensor that is located inside the lower left side of the head. Just the end where the wire comes out is almost flush with the head. Is it possible there is only one?
