1986 Yamaha pro v 150

Just bought a 86 stratos 179v with Yamaha pro v 150 first time on the water ran perfect next day took it out and it wasn’t running right, at wide open throttle it stayed at 2000 rpm and progressively starting running worse and worse. everything I’ve read and heard would make me think fuel problem but I can’t diagnose that anything is wrong. Help please. Anything is much a appreciated I’m a first time boat owner.

Oil injection checked ??---Running with 50:1 mix ?----Overheat alarm checked.-----Water pump impeller replaced ?-----Water in the fuel ?----Best to post results of a compression test now.
