1986 yamaha 50hp question!!!!

i have a 50 hp yamaha that just got running again. what it is doing is while it is running and i go to accelerate, it bogs down. now its running with the emergency fuel valve open, when i switch it to normal it only cranks over and wont stay running. i already changed out the old gas and oil, along with all new fuel lines, fuel pump, spark plugs and the carbs have been cleaned. wondering what is making it bog down. any ideas will help. it also will squeal when it has been started to many times. like i said anything you want to add will help. thanks.
 
UPDATE!! the motor runs good now, no bogging down, but there is a chirpping. i did some research and found it is a lean sneeze so they call it.. any clues on how to fix this? i have backed the pilot screws out to 7 turns and still does it while its running(not that often) any other clues?
