1986 johnson v4 90 hp not firing on all cylinders

I have a outboard that isn't running properly. I have replaced the plugs, wires, and power packs for each cylinder and still can't get all the cylinders to fire. It was running fine and at the end of last year noticed a cylinder cutting out while at full throttle. It was sporadic. I replaced everything over the winter and it is still doing it. It doesn't appear to be the same cylinder either. I am not sure what else to try. Please help and thanks for your responses in advance

Post the results of the following tests.-------------# 1 a compression test ---# 2 is a test of maximum ignition output, does spark jump a gap of 7/16" on all 4 leads ?--Yes or no.

Check ALL your wiring connections and GROUNDS.
