"I have an 86 Force 125 (20" shaft) that I'm replacing with a new Merc 125 (25")
The Force runs great, but I have a 25" transom
I hate to tear apart a good running motor, but shipping is a problem, so my question is,
should I part it out?
The parts (lower unit/ign system/carbs etc) seem to be worth as much as the complete motor
