I am getting ready to drop this lower unit to replace the water pump since it stopped "peeing" sunday. I checked the hose's to the pee hole just in case it was clogged and no water @ all. The question I have is there any particulars I need to be aware with this change. Mostly the shifter connection between the lower unit and the top end. How are these disconnected? Any advice will be appriciated. I changed one in a 25 yama saturday and had some trouble with the shifter linkage and want to avoid that proble on this one.
