Trying to find a part for my 25xd the parts # is 12863a 1, controlplatform. I have search the web and ebay. This parts fits many mercury andmarines from 1984 to 94. you would think there would be a few out there somewhere. Thought I would give you guys a try, maybe someone has a parts motorlaying around. I need this part and basically almost everything that go's onit. I paid 300 for the motor controls and console and it needed a little TLCbut its running good now. I have it on a 14X36 flat bottom and with the consoleI list to the side a little lol . trying to go to a tiller steer. Here's a link to the motor running 1985mercury 25xd pt2 - YouTube.
