1985 Johnson VRO 150 vacuum switch fuel leak

"I'm troubleshooting a bog

"I'm troubleshooting a bogging down issue on this motor. Replaced fuel lines, clamps etc. When I pump the fuel line bulb until it is firm, I am getting a small fuel leak through a tiny vent hole in the vacuum switch that senses restriction in the fuel line. Is this normal? If not, any suggestions on where to get a replacement?"

Change it. The membrane is probably broken and the pump will suck air and not fuel.

E-bay or a repairshop with a wreck lying around?
The switch is the same for all engines equipped with that system.
For testing I would just have blocked it off temporarly.
