The 30 is running fine in a Test Bucket cold start fine 2 Pulls, warms up good. runs fine in test Bucket. Warm Starts in bucket one pull on Rope. So I put it in the water and it performs Great for 1-2 mile runs at part or full throtte up thru the Power band once you get almost the 2nd mile or so on her and you come to a Idle she wants to "almost stall and would,, if you don't bump the Throtte a bit. But If you cut it off, and try Restarting it its a NO go. Rope is Very hard to pull like its NOT releasing the Exhaust Only after it cuts off warm. Shes getting gas, Oil Mix is 50-1, Pull the plugs out and she spins over easy enough and Plugs are burning Good, also I see "Fuel mist" out the plug holes and theres fire on Both plugs. While its warm you can pull the rope till your arm falls off no start and there's fire, and fuel. I disconnected the Kill switch wire same deal no start.
List of things I have done and checked Below
Fresh Fuel and oil mix 50-1 Clean tank also
vent on tank clear also
Compression test cold 90/90
Compression test warm 90/90
(1) Carb disassembled cleaned Float level checked
All Passages in carb body clear.
(2) Check Plug fire w/ tester I have decent spark
(3) Looked over wiring and connectors, Unplugged cleaned still same thing no start warm.
(4) Motor is not overheating I can hold my palm on block.
(5) read thru manual, on adjustments and timing I do not see a problem there.
Fuel bulb is up and tight also.
The pull rope fills like Motor in gear while Pulling (warm engine) But its not, I can spin the prop in neutral, easy
Remember cold starts are fine, first or sec pull fire up to life and run
I have did the wiggle test on wires for the cdi system and all looks good there, Unplugged the connectors looked for Green connectors, all looks good so I cleaned them anyways
