1985 Evinrude 120 Timing

I have a 1985 Evinrude 120 E120txcos. I just ordered the power pack and the regulator. It should be here by the end of the week. After I install these parts I would like to make sure the timing is correct. I understand it can be done static by taking the plugs out and turning the motor over, Can anyone tell me what is should be at Idle and WOT. My motor has two sets of numbers on the flywheel. One set has #1 over top them and the other set has #2 over top of them. I thinks these are referring to #1 and #2 cylinder. Please point me in the right direction.

Only set / check wide open throttle maximum advance.-Idle timing looks after itself.------Throttle must open at the correct time and is called " throttle pick-up timing " and it is a carburetor adjustment !
