I have a 90HP evinrude that has three cylinders with 90 LBS compression and one with 130 LBS compression. The cylinder with the high compression has oily foam on the plug. I replaced the head gasket and found white oiy foam (water) in cylinder thus the higher compression. The old gasket looked good, cylinder looked good and the head looked good. Where else could I be getting the water from??? this thing starts and runs good, although has very slight miss at slow speed. Also foamy sludge coming out of the exhaust.
