After puttin it in the water and take off to a fishin spot it runs fine, but after I go to move to another spot it only has 1/4-1/2 rpm at full throttle. Cleaned the carb already.
 
Do a spark test on the motor when cold.-----Good spark will jump a gap of 3/8" or better.-----Then repeat the test when motor act up.-----From here it sounds like motor is running on one cylinder.----What other trouble shooting have you done?
 
Only does it when the motor gets warmed up, cause first run after puttin in it does fine but if I go to move to another spot if the motors not completely cooled off it does the 1/4-1/2 rpm at full throttle. Did a compression test. Both cylinders were the exact same. Has new plugs on it.
 
It’s gotta be somethin pretty simple cause it isles fine and first run is good. Just after it gets warmed up is when the problem arises. I don’t know anythin about outboards so I’m clueless
 
Next time it does this, run it for a while, shut it off, and immediately feel the plugs to see if they are both hot. I suspect you're dropping a cylinder.

Well-----Step # 1 would be to learn a little bit more about outboards.----If you can not understand the coaching here then perhaps bring it over.----Or visit the shop and " pay the experts "
