My motor a few weeks ago while running near top end bogged down and ever since I can only go just over an idle. If I prime it I get a bit of a spurt but that is it. Pumping the ball doesn't make a difference. It starts/idles and rev's up fine in neutral but now while in gear it seems like it just doesn't get the same RPM's to increase the speed and only putts along. Any suggestions? From what I have read it appears it could be a fuel line issue or a carb issue.

sounds like u have a dead cyli

sounds like u have a dead cylinder.. do a spark and compression ck..and see where u are.

Or that the throttle adjustmen

Or that the throttle adjustment on the rod from carb to the vertical shaft has come loose.
Does the carb open fully?
