1985 20 hp Johnson non electric start How do I attach the throttle return spring

hello New here glad to find this site! Rebuilding a 1985 20hp Johnson non electric start and can't figure out where to attach the throttle return spring...was detached when I purchased the motor Thanks for the help!!!!

Puzzled..... There are but two springs, one is factory installed on the throttle butterfly shaft and cannot be removed unless someone removes the actual butterfly from the shaft (a no no!). Hopefully you didn't remove the butterfly?

The other is installed on the carburetor cam throttle roller assembly that is actually part of the intake manifold... the retainer swivel shaft slides thru the middle of it. Putting this one back together if it was taken apart is a no brainer.
