I bought it used and it had n

I bought it used and it had no water from "tell-tale"...so I installed new waterpump kit. I started her back up and got good water flow from tell-tale for about 10 seconds then it just stopped! Any ideas what is going on here? Thanks...and Happy Memorial Day!

"Joe_L.... It's possible that the plastic water oulet has clogged. Stick a piece of wire up through it with the engine running to see if that doesn't free it up and cure the problem.

Ihave a few questions on how

Ihave a few questions on how to take the lower unit off a 92 Johnson 25hp. I unscrewed all the bolts but there seems to be something I'm missing. I need to replace the water pump. I'm relatively new to the boating world any suggestions would be great!
