1985 15 hp Evinrude crankshaft

Quick question, can I use a crankshaft, rods and pistons from a 1974 omc 15 hp in a 1985 OMC 15 hp block?

The 74 had points and the 85 has the electronic magneto.-They may be different in length.--------Can you examine the parts side by side ?-----------The 74 had smaller wrist pins and bearings too.----Not the best swap out to say the least.
