Just rebuilt the water pump for the second time in the last 2 weeks because of previous errors on my part. It's been 5 years since the last rebuild, so I'm not sure what the lower unit should look like on the muffs. These photos are with the engine off and the city water turned on full blast (40psi). The engine starts right up and the tell tale pees strong. I'm wondering if the weep holes are supposed to spray as seen in the pix? They spray the same whether the engine is running or not.
